High School Judo Championships

A huge congratulations to our high school/intermediate competitors who worked hard! Manoa Judo Club is proud of all it's school competitors!

ILH JV/Intermediate Championships were held on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Iolani School. Jimmy placed 3rd for Punahou School. Maple placed 3rd for Iolani.

The OIA Eastern Championships were held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at McKinely High School. Jennifer took 4th place in the 115 lb. division for Kaiser High School. Koby C. placed 1st in the 121 lb. division for Kaiser High School. Max placed 1st in the 132 lb. division for Roosevelt High School. Koby K. placed 2nd in the 161 lb. division for Kalani High School.


The ILH Varsity Championships were held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Kamehameha Schools-Kapalama Campus. Evan took 2nd place in the 132 lb. division for Mid-Pacific Institute and Cameron took 1st place in the 161 lb. division for Mid-Pacific Institute.


The OIA Individual Championships were held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Leilehua High School. Jennifer took 3rd place, Koby C. took 1st place, Max took 1st place, and Koby K. took 5th place.


Manoa Judo Club is very proud to acknowledge that all of our high school players are headed to the HHSAA Hawaii Judo State Championships on May 4, 2019 at the Stan Sheriff Center. Please come down and support the kids!
